After divorce, it’s common to realise that so much of your identity became connected to the marriage, your family role, your partner or simply keeping everything going.
You may know the relationship has ended, but still find yourself wondering:
Who am I without it? What do I actually want now? What parts of me did I lose along the way?
The Identity Reset Workbook is a 10-page printable PDF workbook designed to help you begin answering those questions gently and honestly. It guides you through the parts of yourself that existed before the marriage, the identity you may have adapted during it, the values that matter to you now and the woman you are becoming.
This isn't about reinventing yourself overnight. It's about reconnecting with the parts of you that may have become quieter — and deciding what you want to carry forward.
What's inside?
The workbook takes you through six areas of identity recovery: Who Was I Before?, The Borrowed Identity, Your Identity Archetypes, New Me Values Clarification, a 30-Day Identity Practice and What I Know To Be True About Myself.
You'll explore the roles you played in your marriage, the things you may have given up or adapted, the parts of yourself that survived, and three identity patterns that may resonate as you rebuild: The Nurturer Reclaimed, The Ambitious One Dormant and The Free Spirit Suppressed.
You'll also work through 50 values to identify the five that matter most to the next chapter of your life, followed by 30 short daily prompts to help you reconnect with yourself in everyday life.

Who is the Identity Reset Workbook for?
This workbook is for women who are going through divorce, separated or rebuilding afterwards and feel as though they have lost touch with who they are.
It may be especially helpful if you find yourself thinking:
“I don't know who I am anymore.”
“Everything in my life used to revolve around us.”
“I spent years putting everyone else first.”
“I know I don't want my old life back, but I don't know what I want instead.”
“I want to feel like myself again.”
It's particularly suited to women who are ready to reflect on their values, identity, boundaries, ambitions and desires — even if they don't yet have all the answers.
Who isn't it for?
This isn't therapy, counselling or a psychological assessment, and it isn't intended to diagnose or treat mental-health difficulties. The workbook itself makes clear that it is a reflective process rather than a test or therapeutic intervention.
It's also probably not the right first resource if you're in the immediate crisis stage of separation and struggling with urgent housing, safety, legal or financial issues. In that situation, practical stabilisation may need to come before deeper identity work.
And if you're looking for someone else to tell you exactly who you should become after divorce, this workbook isn't designed to do that. You create the answers.
Testimonial
“I hadn't realised how much of myself I had quietly put aside during my marriage. The workbook helped me see that I hadn't actually lost who I was — there were parts of me that simply hadn't had space for a long time. Choosing my values and doing the daily prompts made me feel much clearer about the woman I want to be now.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete? Allow around 60–90 minutes for the main exercises, although there is no requirement to finish them in one sitting. The workbook specifically encourages you to work at your own pace.
What about the 30-day section? There is one short identity prompt for each of the 30 days. Each takes approximately five minutes, so it can easily fit into your morning, evening or journalling routine.
Do I have to print it? No, although I would recommend printing it if possible because many of the exercises work particularly well when you write your answers by hand. You can also keep the PDF on your phone, tablet or laptop.
How will I receive it? This is a digital product. Once your purchase is completed, you'll receive access to your PDF download straight away. No physical workbook will be posted.
What if a question feels difficult or emotional? You don't have to force yourself through it. Leave that section, continue with something else and return when you feel ready.
Is this only for women who have recently divorced? No. It can be useful whether you're currently separating or have been divorced for some time and are only now beginning to ask what you want your own life to look like.
